The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was posted as Sub-Inspector in the department of C.I.S.F. His pay was Rs.44,900/-, however, now the same has been reduced to Rs.42,300/- 3. Sri S.K. Pal, learned D.S.G.I. for the respondents submits that in case the writ petitioner approaches the Respondent no.2, the exercise of re-fixation shall be undertaken. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.2, who on the said motion shall proceed to consider the claim of the writ petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months, from the
