Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was posted as Jail Warder in 2006, however, on 16.09.2025, the Senior Superintendent, Central Jail Moradabad, has transferred the writ petitioner from Morabad to Prayagraj for special duty. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that there are certain problems which the family of the writ petitioner is facing, thus the claim of the writ petitioner for being repatriated to Moradabad be considered. 4.
