The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was posted as Jail Warder in 2006, however, on 16.09.2025, the Senior Superintendent, Central Jail Moradabad, has transferred the writ petitioner from Morabad to Prayagraj for special duty. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that there are certain problems which the family of the writ petitioner is facing, thus the claim of the writ petitioner for being repatriated to Moradabad be considered. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 5.
