The case of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner who was a Ward Boy, expired on 07.03.2010, at the time of death of his father, he was minor, the writ petitioner's date of birth is 01.01.2004. However, attaining the majority, he has staked his claim for compassionate appointment, there happens to be a recommendation letter dated 21.08.2025 of Chief Medical Officer to the Director General Medical and Health Services Swasthya Bhawan, U.P., Lucknow. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
