Heard Sri Sadhu Sharan learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though he is a class IV employee, however, he has been transferred from Vikas Khand Devkali, Ghazipur to Gram Panchayat Maupara, Vikas Khand Bhanwarkol, District Ghazipur. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he has already joined the transferred place but the transfer could not have made, he submits that the respondents be directed to consider the representation preferred by the writ petitioner. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Ghazipur. 4.
