Faizan Ali, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Pranjal Mehrotra for the Commission. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she was selected as Staff Nurse (Maid), however, now, in absence of any budget in the said centre, she cannot continue. The writ petitioner has been directed not to come in the office and to work and her services have been put to naught. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner already preferred an application for joining, post discharge, a decision be taken in that regard. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4.
