Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The counsel for the rival parties have made a joint statement that they do not propose to file any further affidavits thus with the consent of the parties, writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Constable in Civil Police on 26.07.1984 and he superannuated on the post of Sub Inspector from the department on 31.10.2024 and the last salary drawn was Rs. 64,100/-, however, the same is a unilateral exercise behind the back of the writ petitioner, now orders have been passed for recovery is to the said amount and reducing the basic pay from Rs. 64,100/- to Rs. 60,400/-. 4.
