Sri Ashok Kumar Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of Mandamus directing the respondents no.2 to decide the representation dated 19.12.2025 and respondent no.2 may be directed to correct the date of birth as 15.12.1967 in the service record of the petitioner, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2.
