Sri Saurabh Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition wherein selection and appointment of Respondent no.4 has been challenged, but the writ petitioner is not possessed with the same. 2. Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel submits that the writ petitioner may approach the Respondent no.2, who shall provide the copy of the appointment letter to the writ petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has no objection to the same. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of requiring the writ petitioner to approach the Respondent no.3, District Programme Officer/ Child Development Project Officer, Etawah by 05.02.2026, along with the certified copy of the order, who shall provide copy of the appointment letter to the writ petitioner within a period of two weeks. 5. Liberty is accorded to the writ petitioner to again approach this Court. January 2
