Heard Sri Alok Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel has made a statement at Bar that he is well equipped with the instructions and is in a position to argue the case. He does not propose to file any counter affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioners, who are seven in number, is that pursuant to a notification dated 09.09.1994, the writ petitioners were appointed on the post of Urdu Translator-cum-Junior Clerk, and they joined their services on 24.03.1995, 19.04.1995 and 21.04.1995.
