The case of the writ petitioners, who are seven in number, is that pursuant to a notification dated 09.09.1994, the writ petitioners were appointed on the post of Urdu Translator-cum-Junior Clerk, and they joined their services on 24.03.1995, 19.04.1995 and 21.04.1995.
