Heard Ms. Diksha Verma, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri S.K. Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner retired as Junior Engineer after completion of 22 years of service on 31.07.2017, however, post retirement, the writ petitioner has not been paid Rs. 7,68,575/-. A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. According to which the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner owes the said amount which the writ petitioner has taken in advance, however, despite issuance of notice and service of the same, the writ petitioner has no responded. 3. Sri S.K. Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that, in case, the writ petitioner responds to the notice then orders would be passed. 4.
