The grievance of the writ petitioners is that they have been working since the date of their engagement as Senior Collection Amin in different Tehsils of District Saharanpur with artificial breaks. A selection committee was constituted for providing regular appointment on the post of Senior Selection Amin on the basis of seniority, eligibility and regularization earmarked under the Uttar Pradesh Collection Amin Service Rules, 1974 and the meeting was convened on 29.08.2025. According to the writ petitioners since they have cross 45 years, thus, recommendation was made for regularization on 30.08.2025. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for taking a final decision. 4.
