Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 22.12.2025 moved with respect to the deployment of petitioners as Safairkarmies in District Bhadohi; (III) Issue any suitable writ order or direction in the favour of petitioners which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper; (IV) Award costs of writ petition in favour of Petition, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
