Akhtar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioners is that they were selected Inferior Field Worker on 29.06.1998 their services stood dispensed with on 21.08.1998 which was subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No. 994 (SS) of 1999 wherein the orders terminating the services is set aside but the writ petitioner had not been paid salary period between the order of termination and reinstatement. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by fifth respondent, Chief Medical Officer, Kanpur Nagar. 4.
