Heard Sri Anil Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is working since 1993 as a Class-IV employee in the Forest Department and he seeks minimum of pay- scale in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sabha Shankar Dubey vs. Divisional Forest Officer, Civil Appeal No. 10956 of 2018 decided on 14.11.2018. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.3, who on the said motion shall proceed to consider the claim
