The grievance of the writ petitioner that his father Vijay Shankar who was working as Dak Messenger died-in-harness on 01.02.2025. The writ petitioner is fully eligible and qualified for compassionate appointment. According to him, the matter is pending before the respondents. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, District Development Officer, District Ghazipur. 4.
