Heard Sri Mohd. Iftekhar, learned counsel for the writ petitioners as well as Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and Sri Avneesh Tripathi for the Commission. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that they are two in number and they are aggrieved against non consideration of their claim for selection and appointment on the post of Veterinary Officer. According to the writ petitioners, an Advertisement came to be published bearing No. D-6/E- 1/2025 dated 22.12.2025 by the Commission for selection and appointment of Veterinary Officers being total 404 in number. As per the advertisement, the last date of submission of the application form was 22.01.2026 and reconciliation, if any, as permissible to be done by 29.01.2026. It is the case of the writ petitioners that they possess a degree of bachelor
