The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Aganwadi Karyakatri on 16.04.2025 and he was accorded joining on 21.04.2025 based upon the income certificate dated 18.04.2024. One of the successful candidates questioned the appointment of the writ petitioner on the ground that the income certificate was forged whereof, a report came to be submitted on 06.09.2025 which according to the writ petitioner is against the writ petitioner and without there being cancellation of a income certificate on 31.12.2025, a notice has been issued wherein the writ petitioner to show cause being personally present on 06.01.2026.
