Heard Sri Jainendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable on 01.08.1986 and he was promoted on the post of Head Constable. He seeks promotion on the post of Sub-Inspector. According to him, there happens to be a letter issued by Respondent No.2 on 14.06.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.4. 4.
