Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Pradhan Sahayak and he retired on 30.04.2017 and his last pay drawn was G.P. Rs. 46,00/-, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid pension while taking the base of Rs. 46,00/-. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, District Program Officer, Sant Kabir Nagar. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, District Program Officer, Sant Kabir Nagar by 30.01.2026.
