Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed as Pharmacist on 26.11.1990 and superannuated on 30.06.2025 where post retiral dues has not been paid. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Chief Medical Officer, Ballia. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the second respondent, Chief Medical Officer, Ballia by 30.01.2026. Thereafter, the second respondent shall decide the claim of the writ petitioner within a period of two
