The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is a Police Constable, he seeks transfer from District Ghazipur to Districts- Etah, Meerut or Mathura on medical ground. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Additional Director General of Police (Establishment) U.P., Lucknow. 4.
