The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner who was appointed as Home Guard on 14.10.1998 and he expired in the year 2007. The writ petitioner post attainment of majority applied for compassionate appointment, however, his claim has not been considered. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, District Commandant, Home Guard, Bulandshahr. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, District Commandant, Home Guard, Bulandshahr by 30.01.2026.
