Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner, as per instructions, submits that though the writ petition has been preferred for quashing of the suspension order dated 13.08.2025, however, charge sheet has been issued on 3.09.2025 to which the writ petitioner has tendered his reply on 18.10.2025. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that a direction be issued to conclude the inquiry with expedition and the writ petitioner has not been paid subsistence allowance. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the disciplinary authority to get the inquiry proceedings concluded within a period of three months.
