Heard Sri Anuj Bajpai, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Seasonal Collection Amin and thereafter he was regularized on 31.01.2003. He stood superannuated on 30.09.2025, but in the wake of the fact that the Writ Petition No. 7536 of 2003 is already pending, the writ petitioner has not been paid the retiral dues. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that whatever might be, the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination by Respondent no.2. /District Magistrate/ Collector, Farrukhabad, 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.2,
