Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the promotion order dated 16.10.2019 passed by respondent no. 2 promoting the respondent no. 3. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to correct the status of seniority of petitioner. III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to grant subsequent benefit post correction of seniority." 3.
