Heard Ms. Archana Devi (AoR No.A/A0514/24) holding brief of Sri Jitendra Kumar Ravat, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she is a Sub-Inspector who superannuated on 31.03.2025. Post-superannuation, notices came to be issued to her for vacating the official accommodation allotted to the writ petitioner on 03.11.2025 and 03.12.2025. However, the writ petitioner has not vacated the said premises on the ground that she is to undergo knee surgery. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner as per the instructions submits that the writ petitioner shall vacate the premises by 28.02.2026. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the writ petitioner has no legal right to retain the official accommodation, one she superannuated.
