He does not propose to file any counter affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on 29.04.1995 as Urdu Translator/Junior Clerk. He was promoted on 04.05.2007 as Urdu Translator/Senior Clerk/Senior Assistant (Class-III Employee), however, by virtue of the orders impugned dated 29.07.2025 and 05.12.2025 passed by Respondent no.3, District Development Officer, District Aligarh and recovery has been directed vide order
