Pal, learned Standing Counsel has made a statement at Bar that he is well equipped with the instructions and is in a position to argue the case. He does not propose to file any counter affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable on 01.03.1986, promoted as Head Constable in the year 2017 and Sub-Inspector in the year 2022 and superannuated on 30.11.2025. According to the writ petitioner, order impugned dated 18.10.2025 came to be passed by Assistant Commissioner of Police (Accounts), Gautam Budh Nagar recovering an amount of Rs.4,24,436/-. 5. Question
