He was promoted on 01.08.2012 as Senior Clerk, however, by virtue of the orders impugned dated 25.08.2025 and 09.09.2025 passed by Respondent no.4, Block Development Officer, Block Bijauli, District Aligarh and recovery has been directed. 5.
