At the very outset, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to quash the impugned order/Email dated 13.09.2025 issued by the respondent no.4, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. 3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.
