Heard Sri Azad Khan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Bal Mukund for respondent no. 7. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though he was initially appointed on the post of Assistant Development Officer on 07.12.1979 and he retired on 31.12.2012 and there happens to be a communication dated 09.10.2025, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid the GPF and Group Insurance. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by fifth respondent, Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Department, Division Sonbhadra. 4.
