The present petition has been preferred with the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the the respondent no. 1 to 5 to enquire the educational document and service records of respondent no. 6 i.e. Ram Siya S/o Ramhit, presently working as Beldar in PWD, Prayagraj, even after completion of age of 65 years and misappropriating public fund on the account of forged and manipulated age proof. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to 5 for initiating departmental inquiry against the respondent no. 6, according to law, and recover the public fund misappropriated on the account of forged and manipulated age proof.
