Heard Sri A.K. Ojha, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Ashok Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondent that the present writ petition may not be maintainable for the reason that writ petitioner being the wife of the deceased who was working in Army as Lance Dafadar is an Army Personnel, thus, the writ petitioner has to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said fact. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open for the writ petitioner to prefer appropriate proceedings before the Armed Forces Tribunal. (Vikas Budhwar,J.)
