Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be working as Senior Assistant, however, by virtue of the order dated 18.11.2025, certain works have been taken away. 3. Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel submits that there is no legal injuries sustained by the writ petitioner, particularly, when there has been no change in the pay-scale etc. 4. Bearing in mind the aforesaid factual position, it is always open for the writ petitioner to approach the competent authority, if he chooses. 5.
