Shri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition on behalf of the writ petitioner nos. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 30 and 31 on the ground with a liberty to file writ petition before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. Thus, liberty is accorded to writ petitioner nos. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 30 and 31 to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners who were working in the police department in State Police, want an additional increment of pay on completion of 19 years of service in the light of judgment of this Court in the case of Ghanshyam Tiwari vs. State of U.P. & othe
