In Re: Correction Application No.2 of 2026 1. By means of the correction application, following corrections have been sought in the order dated 16.01.2026: (a) In paragraph no.4 of the order in IInd line the words "and they retired on 31.10.2023 and 30.09.2025" be deleted. (b) In 7th line of paragraph no.4, the words "The writ petitioners on their retirement were getting the bond of Rs.9300-34800 grade pay 4600/-" be deleted. (c) In paragraph no.9 the words "prior to their retirement on 31.10.2023 and 30.09.2025; however, post retirement, the same" be deleted. (d) In paragraph no.12, in clause 'B', the words "thereafter, the retiral benefits of the writ petitioners shall be paid, subject to the outcome of further order to be passed" be deleted. 2.
