Chief Standing Counsel based upon the averments contained in para-10 that the writ petitioner is a complainant so the present writ petition may not been maintainable. 3. To such a submission, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition while taking recourse to the remedy as available under law, with liberty to file afresh. 4.
