The present writ petitioner has been filed for seeking following reliefs: "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashed the impugned order of removal from service dated 19.09.2025, passed by commandant battalion 95 and appellate order dated 09.12.2025, passed by Inspector General Range Headquarter CRPF Chandauli, U.P.. II. Some other/further writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, III. To award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner." A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel that against the appellate order, there is provision of revision under Rule 29 of the C.R.P.
