Sri Kunjesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities specially respondent no.3 consider the claim of the petitioner dated 04.12.2025 in compliance the order dated 10.02.2024, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2.
