The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is posted as Pharmacist. He has been transferred from the office of Chief Medical Officer, Gorakhpur to Primary Health Centre, Derwa, Barhalganj, District Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the father of the writ petitioner is ailing. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by Respondent no.2/ Chief Medical Officer, District Gorakhpur. 4.
