Though prayer is for a direction to the Respondent no.3 to permit the writ petitioner to join the post of Agni Veer (G.D.), but Sri Chaturvedi produced before this Court the show cause notice dated 24.12.2025 and the second final show cause notice dated 01.01.2026 whereby the writ petitioner has been show caused to submit his reply with regard to lodging of the criminal case. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the reply shall be submitted to the show cause notice. 3. Accordingly the writ petitioner is disposed of leaving it open to the writ petitioner to tender his reply to the show cause notice by 24.12.2025 and 01.01.2026 and in case, reply is submitted, order be passed within a period of two months thereafter. 4.
