Heard Sri Namit Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the father of the writ petitioner was working as Jeep Driver and when he was missing since 13.10.1996, the writ petitioner was accorded compassionate appointment on 19.09.2005. The writ petitioner claims to have been treated his services to be under old pension scheme. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by third respondent, District Development Officer, Sonbhadra. 4.
