Heard Sri Prashant Gupta, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Ms. Chandra Kala Chaturvedi (AoR A/S 1310/2012), learned counsel for the respondents. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that this Court may not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition particularly when the authorities against whom relief has been sought are stationed in New Delhi, Karnataka and Jammu and Kashmir and merely the fact that the writ petitioner is resident of Prayagraj do not clothe this Court in territorial jurisdiction. 3. The said fact could not be disputed by learned counsel for the writ petitioner. 4. Accordingly, in view of the law laid down by this Court in Rajendra Kumar Mishra Vs. Union of India (2005) 1 UPLBEC 108. Interference is declined, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open to the writ petitioner to approach the
