Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to accord notional increment from 01.07.2020 till 30.06.2021. Reliance has been placed upon the judgement of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 2471 of 2023 (The Director (Admin. and HR) KPTCL & Ors.) v. C.P. Mundinani & Ors), decided on 11.04.2023. 4.
