The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners earlier approached State Public Service Tribunal Lucknow while filing Claim Petition No. 470/1/90 which came to be disposed of on 20.08.1994 directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for regularization of service from the date the juniors have been accorded and a Service Single Writ Petition No. 349 of 1996 was preferred by the State against the order passed by the Public Service Tribunal which was rejected on 16.05.2011. The writ petitioner no. 1 has superannuated on 31.08.2016 and petitioner no. 2 on 31.03.2017. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for providing consequential benefits to the writ petitioners as per judgment and order dated 20.08.1
