The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner has appeared for recruitment on the post of Constable G.D. in CRPF. The writ petitioner claims that though selection has been done, but he has not been accorded joining on the ground that there is a criminal case pending against the writ petitioner being Case Crime no.0048 of 2014 under Sections 147, 352, 323, 504, 506, 395 IPC. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the character certificate has not been issued by the District Magistrate, Maharajganj. 3.
