Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (I) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the authority concern that is Respondent no.3 and 4 to constitute a new medical board and conduct re medical examination of the petitioner; (II) Pass such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; (III) Award Costs, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
