Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Anup Kumar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of OP (Peon) and he superannuated on 30.06.2024 post retirement now recovery order has been passed by third respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, Bareilly dated 11.12.2024 and re-fixation has been done and another consequential order has been passed on 07.07.2025 by Senior Accounts Officer. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for recovery of an amount of Rs. 8,02,210/-. 4.
