Heard Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable on 28.07.2008 and inquiry was conducted against the writ petitioner, a charge-sheet was issued. The writ petitioner was dismissed from service on 27.03.2019 against which an appeal was preferred and a revision was preferred which was also rejected, so the writ petitioner preferred Writ- A No. 8057 of 2020 which came to be connected with writ petition No. 15645 of 2023 which came to be allowed on 01.05.2025 directing the respondents to conduct inquiry, if so occasioned, the impugned orders was set aside. 3.
