Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Ms. Archaya Tyagi, learned Additional CSC for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Platoon Commander and he superannuated on 28.02.2025, post retirement now two orders have been passed firstly, 19.07.2025 of the Commandant, 8th Battalion, PAC, Bareilly and the second order dated 11.09.2025. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that re-fixation be done behind the back that the writ petitioner has not been put to notice. He further submits that the re-fixation was done on 06.05.2025 which was perfectly valid. 3.
